(Once upon a time, of course, those of us who worked for the newspaper would have had to wait until tomorrow morning to share our stories with you, in newsprint form. Instead, my colleagues have been working around the clock, filing breaking news and commentary to Twitter, Facebook, and our website, www.edmontonjournal.com ) Twitter and Facebook, in fact, seem to have been the way that most U of A students, including HUB residents, learned that there was a gunman in the HUB area.
